Fart sparkles.

Good ole hospital pants.

For some reason or another I find it so fascinating this whole experience. Just being able to express myself with no judgement and anyone could read or not read. Totally 🤯

I. Like most.

Suffer through a lot of ANXIETY

I have been told multiple times I should be medicated but for my own reasons I choose not to…..is that good or bad. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but it’s a choice and I’m sticking to it. One day I may change my mind but not today my friend, not today!

Things that help my anxiety aka the

✨Sparkle

•blogging-super game changer, like your personal journal to share secretly but not.

•walks, or any kind of physical activity

•drives anything to feel like you can escape for a bit

•MUSIC 🎶 I love love love music all types from rap, to country, to instrumental, when needed and crank that sh*t 🙌🏽 while having a dance party is always a time of course.

•bath/shower…not sure why but I finally know that water really helps me ground myself, maybe it’s a sense of washing off the stress, or the worry, or whatever it may be.

•breathing…..often I tend to get slightly worked up and just need to stop and take a couple deep breaths

•mindset….like I said, it always could be worse so I constantly remind myself that.

Bathroom floor meltdown

Yep, those still happens…but that’s ok, crying or even having a total meltdown is a way to release those built up emotions, you can’t hold them in forever..and it’s ok to cry.

Also, knowing that your never alone.

You can’t have good days all the time, that ain’t a thing.

Oh fart sparkles…where am I going with this 🐿
