Balance.

One thing that a lot of people may struggle with is balance. People tend to get so crazy busy & caught up with everything going on they either tend to get stressed out, or they can’t even enjoy the actual event itself. Taking a deep breathe & slowing down can help get your mind set back in the game along with these helpful tips.

•priorities- things can always wait. Did your laundry ever walk away..or the health inspector come to check the “cleanliness” of your house..sometimes you just gotta step back and see what your missing. Let your mind do the talking here!!!

•say “NO”-holy do you ever like not wanna go, or like that’s just to outa your comfort zone, or totally redic to ask of you…..so maybe actually start saying no, and not feel bad about it. The best memories are the ones your ultimately in the best mood, having the best vibes & atmosphere! No guilty Conscience.

•schedule/routine/structure-I Live on this otherwise I feel like I live in total chaos.

•exercise always

•have a work life balance

•involve others

•learn to live & love.

Each week I will focus on a new challenge that made my head want to explode in the moment or from time to time, sharing my experiences, my challenges & my struggles, but theennnnn with some research, regrounding, I’ll fix it, or find ways to learn & grow from it, as well as share it with you! How exciting!!!! It’s going to be an exciting adventure for us both, enjoy the wild ride!!!

It doesn’t have to be fancy, nor does it have to make sense to anyone but you! It just needs to makes your life simple, and if that’s all that matters then it makes total sense!!
